摘要
目的:灾害救援医疗装备是实施医学救援的物质基础,在救援任务中起着至关重要的作用。研究灾害医疗救援队医疗装备的科学配置,保障救援任务圆满完成。方法:根据国内外救援实战经验,以及医疗任务、出队规模、现场情况、运行方式的不同,将所需的医疗装备、药材、后勤保障等物资经过系统化、模块化、集成化配置。结果:从功能、运行方式、出队规模等方面详细的提出了配置设计方案。结论:通过实战检验,此配置方案是科学、实用的,保证了医疗救援任务快速、科学的完成。
Objective： Medical equipment for disaster rescue plays a crucial role in rescue mission. It is the material basis of medical rescue. So construction and configuration of the medical equipment play a very important role in improving exertion and efficiency of the whole team. Therefore only scientific configuration of medical equipment can guarantee the completion of rescue mission. Methods： Based on the hands-on experience at home and abroad, and also the difference of medical mission, team size, real situation, and operating mode, configure all necessary medical equipment, medicine, logistics support, etc, via systematization, modularization and integration. Results： Offer a concrete configuration solution from the function, operating mode, team size, etc. Conclusion： Verify whether the configuration solution is scientific and practical through real practice, to ensure the quick and scientific completion of medical rescue mission.
