Experimental study on optimization of sand control scheme in deep-water gas field

摘要 深水气田岩石胶结疏松易出砂,气体流速高,导致防砂难度大,防砂方案的制订尤为重要。针对深水气田渗流特性,设计制造了大型室内气井出砂模拟试验装置。以S1小层物性参数为例,对不同类型防砂管进行评价,优选合适的防砂方式,确定最优的防砂参数。结果表明,深水气田不能使用筛管独立防砂,必须进行砾石充填。对于砾石充填井,使用优质筛管可以进一步降低出砂量,起到双重防砂功效;对于深水气田,砾石层充填50.8 mm厚度可以达到产能与出砂量的最优化。试验结果指导了深水气田的高效开发。 The rock is unconsolidated in deep-water gas field,so the high gas flow rate leads to sand production and it is difficult to control it.Thus,the sand control scheme is particularly important.Aiming at the seepage characteristics of deep-water gas field,an experiment device for indoor sand production simulation is designed and manufactured.Taking the reservoir property of a small layer S1 as an example,the different types of sand screens are evaluated and the suitable way of sand control is optimized,then the optimal parameters are determined.The results show that the stand-alone screen can not be used for sand control in deep-water gas field and it must be packed with gravel.If the wells with gravel packing use premium screens,they can play dual effects in sand control and the amount of sand produced can be further reduced.For the deep-water gas field,the thickness of gravel packing reaches 50.8 mm to obtain the optimal productivity and sand production rate.The experiment results can guide the high efficiency development of deep-water gas field.
