摘要
本文对比了104名育龄妇女分别口服Ⅰ号,Ⅱ号及马富隆3种避孕片9个月后脂代谢(血清总胆固醇、甘油三脂、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、载脂蛋白AⅠ及B)的改变。结果表明,从对脂代谢的影响而言,以马富隆片最佳,其次为Ⅱ号片及Ⅰ号片。
The effects of 3 oral contraceptive pills,i. e., No. 1 pill (containing norethisterone 0.625mg and ethinyl estradiol 0.035mg), No. 2pill (containing megestrol acetate 1.0mgand ethinyl estradiol 0.035mg) and marve-lon (containing desogestrel 0.15mg and ethi-nyl estradiol 0.030mg) on the lipid metabo-lism in 104 fertile women were studied. Theywere allocated at random to 3 groups, eachtaking one of the 3 pills for up to 9 months.The blood triglyceride, total cholester-ol, LDL-C, HDL-C, apoprotein A_1 and apo-protein B were determined on admission andafter 3, 6 and 9 months of medication. Re-sults indicate that so far as the effect onlipid metabolism is concerned, marvelon isthe best, followed by No. 2 pill and No. 1pill.
