摘要 利用模糊相似优先比的算法,从源案例库中寻找与目标案例最佳相似的样本案例,并通过最佳相似样本案例的数据资料和规律,抽取主要因素,进行目标案例的需求预测。最后,将该方法应用于青海玉树地震的实例中,验证了模型的有效性。 The paper uses the algorithm of fuzzy similarity to seek from the database of source cases the sample cases most similar to the target case and then by studying the data and pattern drawn from these samples, isolates the main influence factors to forecast the demand in the target case. Finally, this method is applied to the case of Qinghai Yushu Earthquake, which demonstrates the validity of the method.
