摘要
基于空空导弹对精确控制的要求,以及电路容差分析2种方法的基本原理,结合某空空导弹舵机反馈采样控制电路,提出了基于Saber软件进行电路容差分析方案。采用Saber软件研究电路参数偏差的容差仿真分析方法 ,具体分析了电位器±10%的精度是制约舵反馈电路容差能力的重要因素,并提出提高电路可靠性设计措施。
The importance of control accuracy for air-to-air missile is presented in the first place,and also the basic theories on the two methods of circuit tolerance analysis are described. Using the sampling and control circuit of a servo feedback system for an airborne missile,bring forward a circuit tolerance analysis method based on Saber.And a detailed study of the circuit tolerance analysis method based on the simulation software ,then it analysis the restrictive factors of tolerance ability which is ~ 10% precision potentiometer on the servo feedback system,moreover,it gaves the improvement of the circuit.
