On the Strategic Perspective of Human Resources Management of the Growing Private Enterprise

摘要 人力资源作为企业生存和发展的根本保障,其管理问题受到了学者广泛的关注。民营企业作为中国经济发展中的重要力量之一,其人力资源管理具有一定的特殊性。以忠诚度为核心的选人标准、人治为主的用人体系、约束与激励非对称的育人制度,构成了民营企业人力资源管理的特点。作为成长期的民营企业其人力资源管理方面存在诸多问题,如人力资源管理缺乏战略观念,过于集权、文化匮乏、专业人才短缺、体系不健全等。因此,从战略视角下实施人力资源管理是企业生命周期延长的重要手段。文章通过分析我国民营企业成长期的人力资源管理的特点及存在的问题,提出企业要树立战略性人力资源观念,完善战略性人力资源管理的生态环境,构建战略性人力资源管理体系的企业发展路径。 Human resources as enterprise survival and development of the fundamental guarantee that its management has scholars wide attention. The private enterprise as ChinaJs economic development is one of the important strength, its human resources management has some particularity. With loyalty as the core of the standard and ruled the candidate as the system, and the incentive of asymmetric constraints educational system, constitute the private enterprise human resources management features. As the growth of the private enterprise its management of human resources, there exist many problems, such as lack of strategic human resource management concept, concentrated power, culture, professional talent shortage, lack of imperfect system, etc. Therefore, from the perspective of strategy implementation of the human resource management is enterprise's life cycle extended the important means. In this paper, through analysis of the growth in private enterprises of the management of human resources characteristics and existing problems, and puts forward the enterprise to set up the strategic human resource idea, perfect strategic human resource management of the ecological environment, constructing strategic human resource management system of enterprise development path.
