摘要
目的:探索临床药学专业毕业实习的模式。方法:结合临床药学专业特点,从实习规划、实习考核和实习模式等几个方面进行实践。结果:逐步积累了一套自身的临床药学实习的带教管理方法,带教质量不断提高。结论:临床药学专业毕业实习模式得到了学生和医科大学的肯定。
Objective To explore the graduating internship model for clinical pharmacy major. Methods Combined with characters of clinical pharmacy major, practicing from internship planning, internship evaluation and internship model aspects. Results Through exploration of clinical pharmacy study model and continued improvement, a set of unique teaching and management methods of guiding clinical pharmacy student internship had been gradually accumulated. Conclusion The resulted graduating internship model for clinical pharmacy major are highly recognized and praised by the students and the Medical University.
