摘要
为实现综采工作面的快速安装,推进矿井高产高效建设,结合新桥煤矿综采工作面安装工艺,对云盖山煤矿二矿22204综采工作面的快速安装工艺进行探讨。由此得出:实现综采工作面快速安装,要先实现连续运输、优化运输环节,合理选择设备卸车技术和优化设备安装工艺,并且需要充分准备、合理组织。
To realize the quick installation of fully-mechanized working face ,promote the high production and high-efficient construction of coal mine,the quick installation on 22204 fully-mechanized working face of Yungaishan No. 2 Coal Mine was discussed according to the quick installation of Xinqiao Coal Mine. The conclusion was drawn that,for the purpose of realizing quick installation,the first work was to achieve continuous transport, and to improve transport link, to choose the reasonable unloading technology and to improve instal- lation technology of equipment. The following key points were also to be observed, including full preparation, reasonable organization.
