摘要 简要阐述了三道沟铁矿的地质情况及矿床开采技术条件,然后在分析国内空场法研究方向的基础上,根据矿山实际情况选择无底柱铲运机出矿分段空场法作为该矿采矿方法,并介绍了无底柱铲运机出矿分段空场法的结构参数、出矿工艺以及采切工程量等。实践表明,该方法作业条件安全、可靠,有较大的出矿能力和较强的灵活性,矿石的损失贫化小、采切工程量小,在该矿生产中取得了良好效果。 The geological condition and mining specifications of Sandaogou Iron Mine are briefly introduced in this paper. Then based on the research of open-stope method nationally, pillarless and scooptram mining sublevel open-stope method is chosen as the mining method of Sandaogou Iron Mine according to its conditions. And the structural parameter, ore removal technique and construction capacity of pillarless and scooptram mining sublevel open-stope method are briefly introduced. Practices indicate that safe and reliable operating conditions can be ob- tained, and it also has a greater capacity for ore removal and a strong flexibility. And the advantages of high recov- ery rate and low dilution ratio can be highlighted, so good results are obtained in the production of Sandaogou Iron Mine.
