摘要
随着原油劣质化程度的不断推进,设备腐蚀问题愈显得突出和严重.为提高装置设备抗腐蚀能力,2009年东兴公司常减压装置对240℃以上设备、管线进行材质升级改造。本文采用理论腐蚀速率和实际的定点测厚及在线腐蚀监测系统数据对材质升级前后装置防腐效果进行对比分析,检验了材质升级的抗腐蚀效果。
With the continuous advance of inferior level of crude oil,the corrosion of equipment problems became large and serious.To enhance the equipment corrosion resistance,material of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit was upgraded in 2009,especially,the equipment and pipeline material above 240 ℃.Thickness of the corrosion rate and the actual data on material and on-line corrosion monitoring system before and after the upgrade device were compared and analyzed,anti-corrosion performance of the upgrade material was tested.
