摘要
上世纪90年代后,日本经济依赖于零配件、材料、设备领域等具备全球竞争力的"隐形冠军"企业,实现了出口和外汇储备的持续增长。文章遴选了6家构成日本产业基础的"隐形冠军"企业,分析了其成功的关键因素,提出了有助于国内中小企业成长为类似"隐形冠军"企业的观点。
In the 1990s, the Japanese economy was dependent on globally competitive hidden champions which mainly produced spare parts, materials and equipments to achieve sustained growth of exports and foreign exchange reserves. This paper studied six hidden champions which constituted Japan＇s industrial base to sum up the success factors, thus came up with some suggestions for domestic SMEs which share a lot in common with those hidden champions in Japan.
