摘要
采用ETA/Dynaform对发动机油底壳进行了有限元拉深模拟,探讨一次性拉深成形的可行性,设计了两种方案进行冲压模拟,任意选取会破裂的节点,跟踪其运动轨迹,并且得到其在X、Y、Z方向上从冲压开始到结束的应力曲线图,通过观测节点所处的区域在破裂一瞬间的应力图,得知使零件破裂的应力为该节点Z方向的应力,并且据此给出二次拉延成形的初步方案。
In this paper,ETA/Dynaform was used for CN100 engine oil pan finite element simulation,To seeking maximize the benefits and explore the feasibility,two one-step drawing strategies were proposed,A node were picked randomly at the cracking region.According to the moving trace of the node,stress curves of three directions were obtained during the whole forming process.It was found that the stress stress causing cracking in the two sides came from Z direction of the nodes.and according to this can find the initial strategie of two-step drawing.
