摘要
新生代员工是一支职场生力军,如何管理和留住这些员工成为人才竞争激烈的职场中管理者面临的一大挑战。文章首先在回顾中外文献的基础上进行了中国代际划分并描述了各代群的特征,其次进行新生代员工的定义并描述新生代员工的特质,最后提出新生代员工的管理策略,本研究希望为职场经理们提供建议,以更好地吸引、保留以及管理新生代员工。
How to manage and retain the new generation,main force of the labor market,has become a great challenge for managers facing the heated competition.The paper firstly categorizes the Chinese into four groups based on the national and international literature and makes description of the characteristics for each generation,after that the definition and characteristics of the new generation are given,finally we put forward management policies for managers to better attract,retain and manage the new generation.
