摘要
目的:针对老年人在临床种植牙修复过程中的心理准备进行研究,探讨其心理因素对种植牙术后满意度的影响。方法:临床采用调查表对246例平均年龄为65岁的老年种植牙患者的心理情况进行问卷调查,使用SPSS软件包进行数据的统计学分析,对所得的数据进行分析研究,提出相应的措施。结果:老年种植牙患者大部分为被动接受,主动接受的术后满意度明显高于被动接受,经统计学分析P<0.01,有显著意义。结论:老年患者对种植修复的了解程度并不高,虽然心理接受情况各有差异,但其最担心的是种植过程中的疼痛,因此需要种植的医护人员对老年患者进行耐心细致的解释,消除患者的疑虑,使患者以正常的心态对待种植牙,提高种植修复的满意度。
Objectives:To study the psychological preparation of elderly patients in clinical dental implants restoring process,and to discuss the effect of psychological factors on postoperative satisfaction.Methods: Questionnaire survey about psychological situation of 246 patients average aged 60 years old treated with dental implants was carried out.SPSS software package was used to obtain the statistic data,through which the corresponding resolution methods were elicited.Results: Elderly patients were treated with dental implants in a passive style mostly.As shown in this study,the postoperative satisfaction voluntarily was statistically higher that of in passive style(P < 0.01).Conclusion: The top concern of elderly patients,lacking of knowledge about dental implants,is the pain during operation process.Therefore,it is necessary for dentists to make an explanation in detail to the patients,especially the elderly,and to improve their postoperative satisfaction.
