摘要
对橄榄苦苷的提取工艺进行了综述,并从提取时间、提取效率、能耗等方面对不同方法进行了分析比较,认为超声波与低温减压的组合是一种当前适合工业化生产,并且操作简易、效率高、能耗低的提取方法;另外,笔者认为未来天然产物提取装置可以与先进的分析技术HPLC、GC-MS等仪器直接联用以实现在线分析检测,不仅可提高分析检测的速度,也可以控制产品的质量,这也是未来研究天然产物提取分离的一种发展趋势。
The extraction technologies of oleuropein are summarized in this paper. The extraction time, efficient and energy con- sumption for each method are discussed. The assembly of ultrasound and low-temperature vacuum is considered as an appropriate method for industrialized production, which is easy to operate with high efficiency and low energy consumption. In addition, we hope that the extraction of natural product could be directly connected with advanced analysis equipment in future, such as HPLC, GC-MS and so on. It not only increases the detecting and analyzing speed greatly, but also controls the quality of product.
