摘要
透明质酸是一种大分子粘多糖,其生物活性和使用效果具有Mr相关性,应根据使用目的的不同,选择合适的分子量。本文主要综述了近年来不同相对分子量透明质酸功能及应用的研究进展,其中详细介绍了高分子量的HA具有较好的粘弹性、保湿性、抑制炎性反应、润滑、药物缓释等功能,及在骨关节炎的治疗、术后防粘连、眼科手术黏弹剂和滴眼液等领域的广泛应用。低分子量HA(LMWHA)和HA寡聚糖(o-HA),有抗肿瘤、促进伤口愈合、促进血管生成、免疫调节等作用,且通过对HA的降解可获得LMWHA和o-HA。
Hyaluronie acid is a kind of macromolecular mucopolysaccharide, which biological activity and using effect associate with its molecular weight, so we should be depending on the different purposes, select the appropriate molecular weight. This paper reviews the progress on the function and application of different molecular weight hyaluronic acid in recent years,detailing the high molecular weight HA (HMWHA) has been widely applied in the fields of treatment of osteoarthritis, postoperative anti-adhesion, viscoelastic agent ophthalmic surgery and eye drops, because of its characteristics in good viscoelasticity, water-holding, suppress inflammation response, lubricate, drugs slow release and so on; low molecular weight HA (LMWHA) and HA oligosaccharides (o-HA) have the function of anti-tumor, promoting wound healing, promoting angiogenesis, immune regulation and so on, and by the degradation of HA can get the available LMWHA and o-HA.
