摘要
抗生素能有效抑制组织材料中内生菌,但红豆杉在组织培养过程中易褐化,从而影响愈伤组织诱导。试验通过分析不同类型、不同浓度抗生素对南方红豆杉组织培养的内生菌的抑制作用,找出南方红豆杉内生菌抑制的最适抗生素及其最适浓度。试验结果表明:500 mg/L氟康唑抑制效果最好,且组织培养过程中红豆杉组织茎段不发生褐化。
Antibiotics can effectively inhibit the endophyte in tissue materials,but because of the easy browning during tissue culture of Taxus chinensis var.mairei,thereby affecting callus induction.The inhibitory effects of different types and concentrations of antibiotics on endophyte of Taxus chinensis var.mairei were analyzed in order to find the optimum antibiotics and concentration for inhibition of endophyte of Taxus chinensis var.mairei.The results showed that 500 mg/L of fluconazole had good inhibitory effect,and the stem of Taxus chinensis var.mairei did not turn brown.
