摘要
本文分析81例经手术和病理证实的嗜铬细胞瘤,其中6例(占7.7%)表现为急性致死性心、脑血管病变,预后严重。而临床对此种嗜铬瘤的高危表现形式尚缺少足够的认识。本文结合6例病历分析讨论,以引起临床尤其是从事急诊工作者的重视。
The clinical and pathological records of eighty-one cases of phaochremo?ytomawere reexamined. Six cases died of acute cardiac or cerabral va?cular compli-cations were analised and roported in this paper. All the cases presented apicture of acute, severe and fulminant cardiac or cerebrovascular attacks tormi-nating to death.The purpose of the paper is to cause the attention of the clini-cians about the seveirty of the phaochromocytoma.
