摘要
在碱性介质中,鲁米诺与高锰酸钾反应产生化学发光,而砷Ⅲ对该体系发光强度有显著的增强作用,据此建立一种测定饮用水中砷Ⅲ的新方法。结果表明,砷Ⅲ对鲁米诺-高锰酸钾体系的发光强度有明显增强作用,而发光强度的增强随着砷Ⅲ浓度的增加而减小,且在最佳实验条件下即砷Ⅲ浓度为8.0×10-4~7.0×10-2mg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为5.4×10-5mg/mL。该方法具有操作简单、自动化程度高、容易实现在线检测以及即时预警等优点,可用于饮用水中砷Ⅲ的快速测定。
On the basis of chemiluminescence reaction of potassium permanganate and luminol in sodium hydroxide medium, in which the chemiluminescence reaction could be enhanced by As m, a novel flow-injection chemiluminescence (CL) method for determination of AsⅢ in drinking water hd been developed. Results demonstrated that AsⅢ enhanced the chemiluminescence intensity of luminol-potassium permanganate, but the intensity decreased with the reduction of As Ⅲ and concentration, the linear corelation were obviously observed within the range of 8.0×10^-4-7.0×10^-2 mg/mL and the detection limit of 5.4×10^-5 mg/mL. This method showed the advantages of simple operation, high degree of automation, easy to rrun on-line and real-time warning detection, and ould be used as a rapid method for determination of As Ⅲin drinking water.
