摘要
目前,我国中等职业教育课程设置的主要问题是课程设置与工作技能要求存在着较大的差距,不利于学生职业能力的培养。本文分析了四个主要西方发达国家的中等职业教育课程设置经验,并比较了四国课程设置的异同及其内在原因。西方四国中等职业教育课程设置经验对于我国的启示主要包括:加强对于学生核心能力的培养;增加课程标准中对于工作过程的动态分析;建立与中等职业教育紧密结合的职业资格框架;淡化对于课程模块的功能性区分。
The problem of our secondary vocational education curriculum lies in the gap between courses offered and the requirements of workplace, which affects the cultivation of students' occupational ability. This pa- per analyzes the experiences of secondary vocational education curriculum from four developed countries, and makes comparisons among them. The enlightenment from the experiences of the four countries include: we need to strengthen the cultivation of students'key competencies; increase some dynamic analysis of job process in the cur- riculum standard; establish a vocational framework closely linked with secondary education system and dilute the differentiation of curriculum modules.
