摘要
近年来,英国在职业教育与培训领域采取的一系列措施取得了初步的成效,其职业教育与培训的重要地位得到法律法规和相关政策的保障,重要性得以凸显;职业教育与培训的改革方向和具体建议与措施也得以明确;并确保人们获得更多的职业教育与培训机会,促使职业教育的咨询与指导体系更加完善。本文主要对英国提升职业教育吸引力的有效举措进行探讨,以期对我国职业教育吸引力的提升予以参考和借鉴。
To increase the attractiveness of vocational education, the UK adopted a set of official measures to emphasize the importance of VET in the official policies and legislation, to shed light on the direction and put for- ward suggestions for the vocational education reform, and to ensure the learning and training opportunities for ev- eryone and improve the system of vocational counseling and guidance. The paper analyzes the measures imple- mented in the UK with an intention to use their experience for our reference.
