摘要
通过在不饱和聚酯绝缘漆中添加硅微粉,制备了不饱和聚酯绝缘漆。研究了普通硅微粉及活性硅微粉对绝缘漆性能的影响,硅微粉含量对变压器温升的影响。结果表明:活性硅微粉填充的不饱和聚酯绝缘漆的吸水率、电气强度和体积电阻率等性能得到改善;当活性硅微粉含量为35%时,变压器的温升最低。
An unsaturated polyester insulating varnish was prepared through adding silica powder to the varnish. The effect of common and active silicon powder on the properties of the varnish and that of silica powder content on the temperature rise of transformer was studied. The results show that the water absorption, electric strength and volume resistivity of the varnish filled with active silica powder are improved. When the silica powder content is 35%, the transformer has the lowest temperature rise.
