干燥综合征合并T细胞淋巴瘤一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者男，75岁，主因口、眼、鼻干燥3个月于2011年7月8日入院。常感上腹不适，频发结膜炎。查体：血压18．6／10．6kPa，双侧颈部、腋下、腹股沟淋巴结肿大，睑结膜充血，舌体干裂，双肺呼吸音清，心率74次／min，律齐，肝脾未触及，移动性浊音阳性，双下肢无水肿。
