摘要
利用龙胆酸对四氮杂大环铜催化的B-Z化学振荡体系(NaBrO3-H2SO4-苹果酸-[CuL](ClO4)2)的扰动建立测定龙胆酸的新方法.其分析结果表明龙胆酸的浓度在1.25×10-6~1×10-4mol.L-1之间时,振幅改变值与加入龙胆酸的浓度对数有良好的线性关系,其相关系数为0.99821.同时对各组分浓度的影响及其扰动机理进行了探讨.
A new method for the determination of the gentisic acid based on the perturbation caused by different amounts of gentisic acid on the B-Z oscillating system (NaBrO3 -H2SO4-malicacid- [ CuL] (ClO4 )2 ) catalyzed by a tetraazamacrocyclic complex was reported. There was a linear relationship between the changes in the oscillation amplitude and the logarithm of gentisic acid concentration in the range 1.25×10-6 to 1×10-4 mol·L-1 , with a correlation coefficient of 0.998 21. Effects of concentration of reaction components and the probable mechanism involving the perturbation of gentisic acid on the oscillating chemical system were also discussed.
