摘要
为了解决传统环锭纺段彩竹节纱有害毛羽较多和强力不高的问题,尝试在EJM128K-SM型细纱机上采用紧密纺装置纺制段彩竹节纱,介绍了紧密纺段彩竹节纱的形成原理,并对紧密纺段彩竹节纱与传统环锭纺段彩竹节纱的毛羽和强力进行对比,结果表明:紧密纺段彩竹节纱的毛羽和强力均得到了改善,段彩竹节纱的使用性能得到了提高。认为:紧密纺段彩竹节纱发展潜力很大。
To solve much harmful hairiness of traditional ring section-color slub yarn and low strength problem, compact spinning device was installed in EJ128K-SM spinning frame to spin section-color slub yarn. The principles of compact section-color slub yarn were introduced. The hairiness and strength were contrasted with traditional ring section- color slub yarn. The result shows that hairiness and strength of compact section-color slub yarn were improved. Use property of section-color slub yarn was improved. It is considered that development potential of compact section-color slub yarn is larger.
