摘要
探讨提高DK903型梳棉机效率的技术措施。通过调整清棉线送棉的主要参数,确保清棉送棉均匀,保证梳棉机棉箱压力处于稳定状态,合理地设置梳棉机风压参数,调整好梳棉机关键部位的状态,减少棉网破洞,加强操作管理,控制车间相对湿度在50%～60%之间,严格按周期对梳棉机进行揩车,最终提高了梳棉机的运转效率和产品质量。
Technology measures of improving DK903 carding machine efficiency were discussed. Main parameters in picking line were adjusted to ensure cotton transport evenly and hopper pressure stable. Air pressure parameters of carding machine were selected rationally, key parts status of carding machine were adjusted well to reduce web broken, related hUmidity in workshop were controlled in 50%- 60%. Carding machine was wiped periodically, finally carding machine efficiency and product quality can be improved.
