摘要
采用培养皿滤纸法研究麻疯树叶片水提取液不同浓度对4种受体植物种子发芽率、胚芽及胚根伸长的化感作用。结果表明:麻疯树叶片的提取液对植物种子的发芽率以及胚芽和胚根的生长均有一定影响。不同植物种子分别在不同浓度的水提取液中表现出在高浓度下对植物种子的发芽率和芽、胚根的伸长有显著的抑制作用,随着水提液浓度降低,抑制作用逐渐减小,甚至消失。
Allelopathy of leaf aqueous extract of Jatropha curcas L. on seeds germination, plumule and radicle elongation was researched with the filter paper method. The results showed that the leaf extract had some influences on seed germination percentage, plumule and radicle growth. Higher concentrations of water extract showed more significant inhibition on seed germination, plumule and radicle elongation .With the concentration of water extract became lower, the inhibition gradually reduced or even disappeared.
