摘要
研究了集成化产品装配设计与模糊评价方法。基于用户定义的特征 ,进行产品特征造型和产品装配设计 ,建立产品实例库 ;基于产品实例进行参数化结构设计 ,自动生成产品的三维装配图 ;从CAD系统中 ,对产品装配体进行自动产品装配特征识别 ;基于所建立的产品装配模型自动产生产品装配数据的中性文件。根据产品装配数据和装配知识 ,基于广义键对产品可装配性进行模糊定量评价 ,从而指导产品装配设计 ,实现了CAD/DFA的信息集成。
In this paper, an integrated design for assembly system for mechanical products is introduced. Product modeling and assembly design can be carried out based on user-defined features. Product case base is established and product parametric design is carried out based on product cases, 3-D assembly of product is generated automatically. Product assembly feature information is extracted automatically from CAD system. The neutral data file of product assembly data is generated automatically according to product assembly model based on generalized link. The assemblability fuzzy evaluation of products can be implemented based on generalized link according to the assembly knowledge and product assembly data. The information integration between CAD and DFA can be implemented.
