摘要
政策性金融改革发展问题已成为继国有商业银行股份制改造之后的又一个热点。本文从政策性金融在社会经济发展中的地位和作用研究、政策性金融机构运作机制研究、政策性金融改革发展模式研究、实现我国政策性金融可持续发展的思考这几方面,对近年来国内外政策性金融改革与发展的观点进行综述,以进一步推进我国政策性金融的改革与可持续发展。
The issue on reform and development of policy-based finance has become another hot spot after the joint-stock reform of state-owned commercial bank.In order to further promote the reform and sustainable development of policy-based finance in China,this article illustrates as follows： the research on the status and effect of policy-based finance in the social and economic development;the research on policy-based financial institution＇s operating mechanism;the research on the model of reform and development of policy-based finance;how to make sure the sustainable development of China＇s policy-based finance.Based on the above aspects,a summary is made about reform and development of domestic and foreign policy-based finance in resent years.
