摘要
针对铁路集装箱运输的超载、偏载问题,研制可单人操作的JP-18型集装箱偏载仪。介绍JP-18型集装箱偏载仪采用单角举升形成平面三角支撑的力学模型,通过分别测量集装箱的4个角,计算出集装箱的总重及重心平面坐标。
In view of the overloading and unbalanced loading problem in railway container transport, the author developes JP-18 type container unbalanced loading inspection device that could be operated by one person. The author introduces how the JP-18 type container unbalanced loading inspection device uses single container angle lifting and constructs planar triangular supporting mechanical model, then through measuring the four corners respectively, the weight and the plane coordinates of the center of gravity can be calculated.
