摘要
研究目的:构建基于生态健康的城市土地集约利用综合评价的指标体系,探索城市土地集约利用综合评价的新思路。研究方法:主成分分析法、层次分析法和综合指数法。研究结果:归纳了基于生态健康的城市土地集约利用的内涵,构建了一套包括7个项目层、32个次级指标的城市土地集约利用综合评价指标体系,对南岸区5大组团进行了综合评价和分析。研究结论:本文构建的综合评价指标体系能有效地对城市土地集约利用进行综合评价,是未来城市土地集约利用评价指标体系构建的新方向,能为城市发展提供科学依据。
The purposes of this paper are to establish the comprehensive evaluation index system for assessing the intensity of urban land use in terms of the so-called healthy ecology in order to explore a new way for comprehensive evaluation of urban land use intensity. Methods employed include the Principle Component Analysis, the Analytical Hierarchy Process and synthetic index method. The results of the paper analyze the concept of urban land intensive utilization, and propose a set of evaluation index system including seven primary and thirty-two secondary indexes for a comprehensive evaluation. The system is applied to the land use in the five-group areas of Nan＇an district. It is concluded that the comprehensive evaluation index system research can assess effectively the intensity of urban landutilization. It is a new direction for establishing evaluation index system of urban land use intensity in the future, providing scientific references for governmental decision making on urban development.
