镉接触工人尿锌和镁排泄的变化 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究职业性镉接触工人尿锌和镁排泄的变化 ,采用配对设计的方法 ,分别对镉接触组和对照组测定血和尿中镉及 β2 —微球蛋白 ,测定尿中总蛋白、锌及镁含量 ,以及尿肌酐校正尿量。结果显示接触组工人血和尿中镉、尿 β2 -微球蛋白、总蛋白、锌和镁含量高于对照组。 The changes of excretion of zinc and magnesium in occupational cadmium-exposed workers was studied.The concentrations of cadmium and β 2-microglobulin in blood and urinary zinc,magnesium,total protein and creatinine were respectively measured in the cadmium exposed group and control group with paired design.The concentrations of cadmium in blood and urinary zinc,magnesium,β 2-microglobulin and total protein in the cadmium exposed group are higher than that in the control group.It is concluded that occupational exposure to cadmium will cause an increase in the excretion of zinc an magnesium in urine.
