摘要
基于Simion模拟程序用数值模拟的方法,对于圆柱型高场非对称波形离子迁移谱中离子运动轨迹进行了研究。并研究了不同条件下,圆柱型高场非对称波形离子迁移谱对离子的聚焦特性。在理论研究基础上,设计开发了一套高场非对称波形电源,搭建了圆柱型高场非对称波形离子迁移谱系统。以丙酮、乙醇为实验对象,进行了相关的实验。数值计算和实验结果表明,建立的数值模型能够对圆柱型FAIMS中的离子轨迹运动进行模拟。在适当的电压条件下,圆柱型FAIMS能够达到对不同样品进行分离检测的目的。
Based on the Simion software,the ion transporting in FAIMS are described by analysis and numerical simulation.The parameters for focusing effect of the FAIMS was studied under different conditions.With the theory studies,the asymmetric waveform power supply was developed,and a FAIMS experiment system was built.And then primary experiments for detection acetone and ethanol were performed.The simulation and experiment result showed that the simulation model can be used to study the ion motion in the the cylindrical FAIMS.And with a proper condition,the FAIMS system can separate and detect different samples.
