摘要
目的研究当归藤中总皂苷的最佳提取工艺。方法采用紫外分光光度法,利用正交实验,考察了溶剂浓度、液料比、提取时间、提取次数对当归藤中总皂苷提取量的影响。结果当归藤中总皂苷的最佳提取工艺为60%乙醇、液料比8∶1、每次2 h、提取4次。结论该工艺简单易行,灵敏度高,是当归藤中提取总皂苷的有效途径。
Objective To optimize the extraction technique of total saponins in Embelia parviflora Wall. Methods Orthogonal test was carried out to investigate the effects of concentration of solvent, the ration of liquid to material, time of extraction, and frequency of extraction on extraction results of total saponins from Embelia parviflora Wall with UV spectrophotometry. Results The optimum extraction technique was extracted Embelia parviflora Wall in 60% ethanol with the ratio of liquid to material at 8 : 1 for 4 times, with 2 hours for each time.
