摘要
目的 :探讨病理状态下新生儿甲状腺功能变化及早期防治对策。方法 :对 2 98例病理状态下新生儿 ,按病情严重程度、孕周、出生体重、胎龄与体重的关系的不同进行分组。结果 :本组病例正常甲状腺病态综合症的表现类型有低T3 综合症、低甲状腺素血症、高T4 综合症 ,其构成比分别为 5 3 0 1% ,12 41% ,4 3 6%。典型相关分析新生儿在病理状态下对甲状腺功能影响的相关因素是孕周、出生体重及疾病的严重程度 ,其中最典型的相关因素是疾病的严重程度。结论 :病理状态下新生儿血清T3 、FT3 与病情的严重程度密切相关。可作为判断病情。
Objective: To search the functional changes of thyroid in newborn with abnormal status and early intervention strategy.Methods: 298 cases of newborns with abnormal status were grouped according to the illness severity,birth weight,the weeks of pregnant and the relationship between gestational age and birth weight.Results: All the cases of Euthyroid sick syndrome presented different degrees and types,including low serum T 3 syndrome,hypothyroidism,high serum T 4 syndrome,in 53.01%,12.41%,4.36% respectively.In canonical correlation analysis,the function of thyroid were be correlation with four factors in which the illness severity was the most significace factor. Conclusion: There were a close relevation between the serum level of T 3,FT 3 in newborns with abnormal status and illness severity.Its could be regarded as laboratory index to evaluate the illness severity and prognosis.
