摘要
板式塔在操作状态时,塔板上存留一定高度的液体,当塔体受到风载荷而发生挠曲时,塔板上存留的液体重心偏离塔体的轴线。重心偏离轴线的液体对塔体产生附加的偏心弯矩,而附加的弯矩对板式塔塔顶产生附加的挠度。每一层塔板存留的液体都会产生一个附加弯矩,利用力学的叠加原理和自编的程序,得到累加的附加弯矩对塔顶挠度的影响。
There is a certain height of liquid on the plate when the tray column is under working condi- tions. The tower will be bent when it subjected to wind load and the centre of gravity of liquid on the column plate will deviate from the axis of the column because of deflection. The liquid on the plate will take place additional eccentric bending moment that has got a greater impact on top deflection of tray column. The change of the centre of gravity of liquid on every column plate produces additional eccentric loads that will be accumulated to calculate top deflection of tray column. Using superposition principle of mechanical and the self - edit program, the influence of top deflection on the additional eccentric loads are generated because of the variation of centre of gravity is derived.
