摘要
提出一种基于工业以太网的开放式数控系统的体系结构,分析这种数控系统的功能及特点。EtherCAT是适用于这种数控系统的一种工业以太网,具体说明了EtherCAT的数据帧结构及通信模式,并给出一种基于工业以太网的标准数控平台的硬件、软件的设计方法。实践证明:这是一种在实时性、可靠性和同步性等方面较先进的开放式数控系统。
The architecture of an open CNC control system based on industrial Ethernet was put forward, and the functions and features of this CNC system were analyzed. EtherCAT was an industrial Ethernet suitable for this kind of CNC system. The data frame structure and communication mode of EtherCAT were illuminated concretely. A designing method of hardware and software of standard CNC platform based on industrial Ethernet was presented. The CNC system is proved in practice to be advanced in the aspects of real- time property, reliability and synchronism.
