摘要技术并购是产业升级与整合的重点。本文首先建立技术并购、创新与企业绩效关系和理论脉络图;在此基础上,通过理论推演,提出了相应假设,并利用现有实证证据进行了检验;最后,指出现有研究不足和未来研究方向。
