摘要
以滦河干流上某抽水蓄能电站为例,采用多目标规划的思想方法对抽水蓄能电站泥沙问题进行研究,通过建立的水库水沙联调多目标规划模型,对抽水蓄能电站拦沙库的补水能力和泥沙淤积进行模拟计算,分析和比较不同调度方案下拦沙库的有效库容和防沙效果,选出水沙联合优化调度的实施方案,提出解决此类电站泥沙引起的库容损失应对措施,指导解决工程建设实际问题。
Taking a pumped-storage power station in Luanhe River for example, the problems of sediment are studied by means of multi-objective programming theory, and the water-sediment joint operation model is established to simulate the water supplement and sedimentation status of sand retaining reservoir. The effective capacities and sediment trappings of sand retaining reservoir under different operation programming are also compared, and finally the optimal, operation is selected. The practical solutions to avoid reservoir capacity loss caused by sedimentation are also proposed herein to solve actual engineering problem.
