摘要
为深化教师教育改革,全面提高教师培养质量,2011年10月我国颁布了教师教育课程改革的新政策。本文从教师教育课程改革政策的制定背景、政策目标以及政策实践三个方面对教师教育课程改革的新政策进行解读,以期政策执行者及受政策影响的目标人群能够对该政策有更深刻的理解和认同,并激起政策执行的积极性、主动性和创造性。
For deepening the reform of teacher education and comprehensively improving the quality of the teachers' training, the State issued the new policy of the teacher education curriculum reform in October 2011. In order to avoid the violation of the spirit and content of the curriculum reform policy and the deviation from the policy objectives, this article interprets the new policy of teacher education curriculum reform from the making background, policy objectives and policy practice of the teacher education curriculum reform, so as to make the policy executors and the target population affected by the policy have a deeper understanding and recognition and arouse the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of policy implementation.
