摘要
采用二氰二胺和磷酸体系,以及二氰二胺、磷酸和戊二醛体系分别对羽绒纤维进行阻燃处理,通过红外测试和扫描电子显微镜分别对羽绒纤维的接枝情况和形态结构变化进行研究,通过极限氧指数、剩炭率、热失重分析等对其阻燃性能进行探讨。实验结果表明:2个体系均与羽绒纤维成功接枝,戊二醛的加入使羽绒纤维的极限氧指数和剩炭率明显增加,热失重温度提前,热失重速率加快,热稳定性减低,羽绒纤维的阻燃性能得到永久性提高,并且对其形态结构影响不大。
The fire-retardant treatment of down fibers was done in dicyandiamide and phosphoric acid system, and dieyandiamide, phosphoric acid and glutaraldehyde system in this paper. The morphological structure of down fibers was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and whether down fibers were grafted or not was tested by infrared spectrometer, the flam-retardant properties of down fibers were studied by limiting oxygen index (LOI) , char yield and thermal analysis. The results showed that the down fiber was grafted dicyandiamide by glutaradehyde successfully, the treated fibers have higher LOI and char yield values, lower weight-loss temperature and thermostability compared with the untreated fibers, which meant their flame-retardant properties were effectively, permanently improved, and fire- retardant treatment had little effect on morphological structure of down fibers.
