摘要
利用超高分子量聚乙烯(PE-UHMW)粉末代替传统材料成型塑烧板基板,通过研究冷压压力对PE-UHMW粉末坯体孔隙率的影响及烧结颈随烧结时间的演变,确定了采用粉末压制烧结成型时成型压力应小于6 MPa,烧结时间应为30 min左右。通过对制件性能的检测及微观形貌的观察,验证了该参数成型的塑烧板基板符合孔径约为30~40μm,孔隙率大于40%,拉伸强度大于2 MPa的使用要求。
PE-UHMWPE powder was used to forming the substrate of sinter plate instead of the conventional material. The influence of cold compress pressure on porosity of the PE-UHMW powder was studied, and the development of sintering neck with sintering time was observed, then two key parameters that the forming pressure should be less than 6 MPa, and the sintering time should be about 30 min were determined by the experiments above-mentioned. Through properties detection and microstructure observation, the substrate of sinter plate produced under the key parameters above-mentioned could meet the requirements that pore size was 30-40 μ m, porosity was greater than 40%, and tensile strength was above 2 MPa.
