摘要 研究了对旋式通风机各个性能参数的测试方法,阐述了叶轮叶尖气压法测量对旋式通风机两级叶轮转速的原理及操作方法,开发了对旋式通风机性能自动测试分析系统,包括硬件平台及可供用户根据实际需求修改的软件平台。经试验证明,该测试分析系统能够实现对旋式通风机多参数实时采集与处理,快速、准确地进行性能自动测试与分析,自动生成性能测试分析报表。 The methods of testing for the performance parameters of the counter-rotating fan were studied,and the principle and operation method of measuring the rev of the two stages of impellers in the counter-rotating fan with the air pressure on tip of impeller blade were described.In addition,the automatic performance testing and analysis system for the counter-rotating fan was developed,including hardware and software could be modified according to user demands.The test showed that the system could realize the realtime acquisition and disposal of various parameters of the counter-rotating fan,so as to rapid and accurate test and analyze the performance of the fan as well as automatically generate the performance testing and analysis report.
