摘要 油田进入高含水开发后期,针对抽油杆、油管偏磨严重影响油田正常生产,造成巨大经济损失的问题,研究应用了在油管内表面喷涂非金属复合涂层的技术。非金属复合涂层具有耐磨和抗腐蚀性能,可以有效解决抽油杆、油管偏磨,防止腐蚀性井液对油管管体的侵蚀;还可以减少抽油杆扶正器使用数量、减小抽油杆上行阻力,达到降低系统能耗、提高系统效率的目的。截止到2010年底,现场试验558口井,抽油杆、油管偏磨检泵率由应用前的42.0%下降到31.2%,投入产出比达到1:3.5;统计已经超出原偏磨周期的193口井,上次平均偏磨周期为316d,到2011年5月底平均免修期已达到570d,见到了很好的效果。 After entering the later period of an oilfield development, the problem of eccentric wear of the rod and oil tube seriously affects the normal production of the oilfield, and moreover results in huge economic loss. Just because of the above, the technique of non-metal composite coating on the inner wall of the oil tube is studied and ap- plied. The coating is characterized by the properties of corrosion and wear resistantances, and furthermore it can effectively solve the eccentric wear of the rod and tube, prevent the erosion of well fluids to the tube body, reduce the quantity of centralizer and the resistance in the uplink of sucker rod, finally reduce the system energy consump- tion and enhance the system efficiency. By the end of 2010, there are 558 wells tested in the field experiments, the pump inspection rate of eccentric wear of the rod and tube descends from 42.0% ( before the application ) to 31.2%, the input-output ratio reaches 1: 3.5; according to the statistics, there are 193 out-of-standard wells have achieved much better results: the previous mean eccentric wear period is 316 d, until the end of May 2011, the average exemption period already reaches 570 d.
