摘要
采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定了几种奶粉中的香兰素含量。在最大吸收波长435.0nm处,其吸光度与香兰素含量呈正比,线性方程为y=7.493 42x+0.001 3(r=0.999 7),线性范围为0.010 4~0.165 2g/L,加标回收率为98.6%,RSD为0.34%。该方法重现性好,适用于食品中香兰素含量的测定。
To determin the contents of vanillin in some milk powder by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry. A linear regression equation for absorbance (y) at 435.0 nm wavelength as a function of vanillin concentration (x) was established:y=7. 493 42x+0. 001 3(r=0. 999 7) ,with a linear range from 0. 010 4 to 0. 165 2 g/L. The average spike recovery of vanillin was 98.6%, the relative standard deviation was 0.34%. This method has good reproducbility, and is suitable for the determination of vanillin in foods.
