大麻韧皮UV-冷冻-骤热脱胶工艺的探讨 被引量:5

摘要 采用UV-冷冻-骤热脱胶(UVHF)新工艺对工业大麻进行处理,探索了双氧水的质量浓度,氢氧化钠的质量浓度、UV-辐照时间、冷冻温度、骤热温度等对工业大麻纤维残胶率的影响。结果表明:工艺的最佳工艺参数为双氧水12g/L、氢氧化钠12g/L、UV-辐照40min、冷冻温度-55℃、骤热温度120℃;UV-冷冻-骤热脱胶后工业大麻纤维残胶率为2.95%,木质素含量降低到0.75%。 A new combined technology, named UV-Freezing-Heating (UVFH), was applied in hemp degumming. The effects of hydrogen peroxide concentration, sodium hydroxide concentration, UV-radiation time, frozen temperature and heating temperature on the residual gum content were discussed. The morphology and structural change of hemp fiber after being degummed were characterized by Scan Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Fourier Transformed Infrared Spectrum (FT-IR). The results indicated that the low residual gum content of 2.95% and residual lignin of 0.75% were obtained under hydrogen peroxide concentration of 12 g/L, sodium hydroxide concentration of 12 g/L, UV-radiation time of 40 min, freezing temperature of -55℃ and heating temperature of 120℃.
