摘要
为研究在不同环境下菌种配比使用情况,经试验室筛选得到Sf、PDAs、Nf、Nb、SKm5种野生菌和现场采集的菌种,用65%的棉秆代替锯末、稻壳制作发酵床,分别在10、15、25、30℃的环境条件下进行发酵试验。结果表明,在10℃的条件下,菌种配比为23311;在15℃的条件下,菌种配比为24211;高于25℃的环境条件下,菌种配比为34211。为不同地区用棉秆制作发酵床提供了依据。
In order to study bacteria use matching in different environments, five kinds of wild mushrooms Sf, PDAs, Nf, Nb, SKIn and strains which were collected and screened in the laboratory and field collected, fermentation bed was made of 65% the cotton stalks instead of sawdust and rice husk, and fermentation test was done under 10, 15, 25, 30 ℃. The results revealed that the bacterium of matching was 2:3:3: 1:1 under 10 ℃; 2:4:2: 1:1 under 15 ℃ 3:4:2:1 : 1 over 25%. It provided the basis for fermentation bed which was made by cotton stalk in different regions.
