中美社区教育行业生命周期分析及对策研究 被引量:3

A Comparative Analysis of the Life Cycle of Community Education in China and the U.S. and Their Respective Strategies

摘要 中美两国社区教育处于行业生命周期的不同阶段。美国社区教育处于成长期的中后阶段,宜采取适度的增长型、差异化战略。目前,我国的社区教育具备了导入期的典型特征。我们可以适当借鉴美国的经验,结合我国的实际情况,对我国的社区教育采用增长型战略,完善技术和服务,建立先入优势,发展特色教育,开发新客户,加强与高校和企业的合作。 Community education in China and the U.S. belong to different stages of the Industry Life Cycle. American community education is in the later part of the Growth Stage, when the inten- sive strategies and the diversification strategies are preferrable. Meanwhile, China's community edu- cation has the typical features of the Emerging Stage. Using the U. S. experience for reference and in- corporating it into China's actual situation, we can implement the intensive strategies, which means improving technology and services, building up advantages and barriers, developing unique education- al services, cultivating new customers, and enhancing cooperation with universities and enterprises.
