摘要 目的探讨ERCC-1和COX-2在非小细胞肺癌中的表达水平,分析两者与非小细胞肺癌患者预后的相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测96例非小细胞肺癌组织中的ERCC-1和COX-2表达水平,分析两者与临床病理参数间的相关性。结果 ERCC-1与NSCLC的病理相关性分析显示,病理类型、TNM分期及预后与ERCC-1的阳性表达密切相关(P<0.05)。COX-2与NSCLC的病理相关性分析显示,病理类型、分化程度与COX-2的阳性表达密切相关(P<0.05)。ERCC-1蛋白表达与COX-2蛋白表达的相关性分析显示ERCC-1和COX-2蛋白表达不相关。结论 COX-2蛋白及ERCC-1在NSCLC中均有不同程度的表达,检测COX-2及ERCC-1表达对NSCLC预后的判断具有一定价值。 Objective To investigate the expression of ERCC-1 and COX-2 in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and to analyze their correlation with the prognosis of NSCLC. Methods Immunohistochemistry methods were used to detect the expression levels of ERCC-1 and COX-2 in 96 patients of NSCLC. The correlation between the expression of the two proteins and the clinical pathology were analyzed. Results The pathologic correlation anal- ysis between ERCC-1 and NSCLC revealed that the pathological types, TNM staging and the prognosis were related closely with the positive expression of ERCC-1 protein (P〈0.05). The pathologic correlation analysis between COX-2 and NSCLC showed that the pathological types and differentiation degree were related closely with the posi- tive expression of COX-2 protein, P〈0.05. No correlation was found between the expression of ERCC-1 protein and COX-2 protein. Conclusion COX-2 and ERCC-1 proteins have different degree of expression in NSCLC. Detect- ing the expression levels of COX-2 and ERCC-1 is of certain value in the prognosis of NSCLC.
