摘要
目的:建立HPLC法同时测定地西泮和艾司唑仑血药浓度。方法:以UltrasphereODS5μm4.6mm×25cm色谱柱为分离柱,流动相:甲醇乙腈水(40∶20∶40);检测波长为254nm,以外标法峰面积定量。结果:地西泮和艾司唑仑的血浓度分别在0.214～2.568μg/ml,0.258～3.096μg/ml范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,日内及日间差均小于10%,平均回收率分别为98.37%,99.19%。结论:本法可用于临床血药浓度测定。
